Cards

Well, I've been very busy creating a website for my Guide Group, so crafting has come quite far down my list. I have managed a few cards though.

Reindeer

I know it's a bit late, but here is another craft I did with the Guides on Christmas Craft Day. He's made from corks, pipe cleaners and skewers. The girls loved them.

Santa's Little Helper

I'm preparing things to make with my Girl Guides. We are having a craft day in December. This little fella is formed around the inside of a huge yarn spool. Just a bit of crepe paper and card and hey presto!!

Halloween

I've always celebrated Halloween. It's a bit of harmless fun. Here is a zombie skeleton I got from this REALLY clever website.

My neighbour just turned 80. So I made her the most glittery card I possibly could. She'll be picking it out of the carpet until she's 100, but it was just sooo prety.

Elephants

Well, my brother didn't appreciate the gorilla. Here are two elephants from the same book.

Little Monkey

This is from that fabulous Ondori book 'Lovable Mini Dolls'. It's for my brother's birthday. He is particularly fond of gorillas. The felt is gorgeous. I got it on eBay from www.pixierose.co.uk. It is important to use good quality felt when toymaking. Poor quality felt does not hold the stitches well which causes problems when stuffing the toy.
